- Sitting Up: Norah can hold herself up in a sitting position now, but she is still working on balancing. She usually falls over at some point if she turns/twists too quickly and ends back up on her belly. She is getting better though!
- Motor Skills: Norah is grabbing things confidently now. She likes to grab onto hair, our faces, and anything in front of her. She'll wave her toys around with her left arm, and slap things with her left hand.
- Crawling/Standing: I think Norah really wants to crawl, and she's getting quite close. She has very strong legs that she gets underneath her and pushes, but she either face plants or just goes back onto her belly. She also loves for us to hold her up so she can stand up. She really likes to stand on our laps.
- Eating: Norah is still primarily drinking breast milk, but has been introduced to formula now. She has had her first solid foods as well. We started with avocado, and she's tried green beans, sweet potato, banana, applesauce, and carrots so far. We're starting to add spices to her food as well. She has also just recently started to hold onto the bottle. She doesn't hold it up herself quite yet, but it's definitely an improvement in that direction.
- Talking/Laughing: Norah has definitely found her voice. She makes a lot of noise, and has found her high pitched squeal as well. Luckily, we don't hear it that often. She also has what we call her "tired talk." Right before bed she does this calm chatter and then she just falls asleep. She has always been quite smiley, but now we can make her laugh all the time as well which is fun for us.

Six Months Old
Norah turned 6 months on July 8th. We didn't even post a 5 month post because we took her picture so late so here are some of her recent developments in the past 2 months:
