First Two Weeks of Daycare

This is a delayed post, but Norah started daycare a little over two weeks ago.  Her first day of daycare was Monday, April 15th.  She is going to a place about 30 min. away right now temporarily, until she gets into our first choice daycare.  We've been on a waiting list since last October for our first choice location!  Norah likes daycare so far, and everyone there loves her.  It was hard to leave her there the first week, but we are all settled into our daily routine now.  She has had a bit of a rocky two weeks at daycare though.  They called on Friday of the first week asking us to come get her because she had a fever.  We picked her up and took her to the pediatrician right away to get her checked out, but she was fine in the end.  BTW, our pediatrician's office is open until 8 PM every day during the week!  That was nice to find out.  Anyway, then we got another call on Friday of the second week because she had a fussy day, had some diarrhea, was running a low grade fever, and to top it off vomited during her nap. :-(  Poor girl.  She's been a trooper though, and seems to be on the upswing now.
