- We have stopped swaddling Norah when she sleeps. She is too strong and gets out when her arms are wrapped in, and she has taking a liking to sucking on her entire hand or thumb.
- Norah is a tummy time expert now, and has rolled/fallen over a few times recently. She is trying to rollover on her own during tummy time as she kicks her legs in one direction, but hasn't successfully mastered that quite yet. She has fallen/rolled over a few times because the weight of her head tipped her over. :-)
- Norah is taking a bottle now! She's been drinking from the bottle successfully for about 2 weeks now which is great since she has to start daycare next week. Dr. Brown's bottle ended up being the bottle of her choice. We tried Avent and Tommy Tippee as well, but she preferred Dr. Brown.
- She has developed the need to suck, whether it's her hand, her thumb, a pacifier, our clothes, etc. This may be due to less nursing and more bottle feeding, but it's definitely apparent.
- Norah is also sleeping longer during the night, another thing that may be attributed to the bottle feeding. She will sleep 4 - 5 hours now and only get up once or twice during the night. This is great for us!
- Norah is working on her motor skills and reaching for objects. She enjoys her activity playmat, and reaching for the animals hanging from it. She is reaching more purposefully in the past week or so.
- She is really quite conversant now. We've noticed that she talks a lot when she's happy and smiling. It seems like she's telling stories and giving us encouragement when we're doing the things that she likes such as playing with her "guys" on her playmat, sitting on our laps, and tickling her belly.

Three Months Old
Norah passed the 3 month marker earlier this month. No well baby visit this month to get her stats, but she is definitely changing and growing!
